Jacob Hogben

I am one of the gym instructors and would be delighted to help you with your fitness journey.

My background is primarily in sports coaching and I decided to study an undergraduate degree in Coaching and Sport Science. I also have a PGCE in Primary Education.

I love helping others to get the best out of themselves and achieving more than they thought was possible. I want to help you on your journey to meet your goals, whether that is muscle gain, weight management, or sport specific conditioning. Whatever your goal, I can help you achieve it! Your sessions will be personal to you and will help improve your confidence and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

I continually look to improve myself and my practice and like to keep up to date with the latest research for exercises and movement patterns. This will then be passed onto you to help you meet your goals.

Your sessions will push you to be the best you can, and I will be there to support and motivate you throughout. What is most important though, is that you will have fun and enjoy yourself!

I am here for any support or tips that you might need, so if you see me on the gym floor or after any of my classes, please do not hesitate to have a chat or contact me.
