I want to help you achieve your goals for the physical benefit and the mental health benefit. That is why I believe exercise is so great because it has the ability to improve both!
I used to run and compete for many years in cross country and athletics. I trained hard enough to get the opportunity to represent my county multiple times, and now I want to use this dedication and enthusiasm to help you see what you are capable of.
