Hi guys, I'm Harry and I am the newest member of the PGTW team.
I have always been into sport and fitness, having played competitive team sports throughout my school life as well as participating in cross-country running. In this way, I have built up a sound knowledge of training methods to maximise performance, which I now want to use to help others!
Anyone who wants to make changes in their life to be healthier and happier, then please get in touch. Having used exercise myself as a way of combating mental health issues and stress, I can testify to how beneficial staying active can be for the mind, body and soul.
