As a passionate Certified Personal Trainer, my role is to motivate, empower and enable a fun and rewarding training experience.
I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programmes. Life is an adventure, filled with continual improvement and we can achieve our yearly goals – no matter how big or small.
I come from a dance and gymnastic background and like to incorporate a lot of HIT and heavy weight training into my workouts. Time and time again, I’m reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological wellbeing, and my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing.
As a Personal Trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle and help you realise what your body is capable of. I believe that with the right training programme, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals and have fun whilst doing so!
