I have always been heavily involved in sport and physical activity, completing a degree in sports and exercise science to support this.

My only focus as your personal trainer is to help you reach your goals and help you along your fitness journey in any way I can. I understand that there are a lot of obstacles when truing to make a change and it's not easy, but I can help manage these with you and we can work together to do this. The process should be enjoyable and together, we will make sure that it is.
