Freddie Thorpe

Activity and exercise are central to my lifestyle for both my physical and mental wellbeing. Having played rugby union since the age of five and twelve years of gym based training behind me, I have a wealth of experience training on my own and within a group setting for performance, weight loss and strength gain goals. I’ve worked alongside elite strength and conditioning coaches pushing myself and others to the limit. I believe activity and exercise are for everyone! I love the socialising, feeling of achievement and support that comes alongside the hard work. Consistency and education are the core of my training and coaching. It is paramount to me that your training and coaching is specifically tailored to you, to allow you to become self sufficient, smash your own personal goals and change your lifestyle. I have degrees in Sports Therapy and Physiotherapy, allowing me to understand the human body in depth with knowledge specific to musculoskeletal conditions, injury prevention and rehabilitation, strength training and injury management. Feel free to contact me to schedule a call.
