I have always enjoyed fitness and have over 18 years experience within the industry ranging from functional training, weight management, body building, martial arts, strength and conditioning and much more. In addition to my practical experiences, I continue to strive in enhancing my knowledge, to further my understanding about how the human body works with qualifications in anatomy and physiology, food and nutrition, group training exercises and 1 on 1 training.
