Eromosele Unuabona


My name is Ero and I am one of the trainers here at Leeds South.

I have generally always been an individual who has struggled to keep my weight down and committed to losing 10kg of weight in between January and April 2018. That experience taught me the discipline of achieving weight loss.

Whilst doing so I did a lot of strength training which aligns itself my coaching style and the way I train myself, weightlifting orientated... I cannot express how much I love a squat.

I tend to gravitate towards working with people who do not have the confidence training with weights or fear they are not performing an exercise effectively yet have the drive to want to improve as well as those who genuinely just want to learn to be stronger.

My business hours are:

Monday: 6am - 8am & 5pm - 8pm

Tuesday: 6am - 9am & 6pm - 8pm

Wednesday: 5pm - 8pm

Friday: 6am – 10am & 4pm – 7pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm
