I have been in the health and fitness industry for the better part of 7 years where I specialise in strength and conditioning. I have competed at a high level in powerlifting, making It to the European championships. I have an extensive background in body compositions (fat loss/ muscle gain)
At the moment, I do a lot of hybrid training. This includes; powerlifting, bodybuilding accessory training, as well as calisthenics (manipulating your bodyweight and body control doing skills like Handstands, front lever, muscle ups etc..
