I come from a sporting background, having played rugby throughout my childhood. However, after being introduced to the strength and conditioning side of sports, I fell in love with the process of training and nutrition.

 

As my performance and physique improved, I saw my confidence and mental health benefit massively.

I believe that everyone can benefit from resistance training, and my goal is to educate people and help them grow into a stronger, happier version of themselves.

 

I work with a range of people, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. I use a resistance training approach to ensure we reach your goals.
