I have worked within the fitness industry for over 6 years as a Personal Trainer and Coach. I have an extensive knowledge of the body due to my background in professional ballet training and as I am a qualified 200 hour Yoga teacher.
I pride myself in utilising years of coaching and training to combine my knowledge to tailor it to meet my clients specific needs.
Strength training and muscle building, body fat reduction, mobility and functionality, improving your relationship with food and mindfulness are all areas which I excel and guarantee results.
