Mental Health plays a big role in this. All it is, is an imbalance of chemicals in our brain. We also have Endorphins in our brain, these chemicals release these ‘Feel Good' energy. These chemicals are released by good work ethic in exercising along with training the mind and body to be more there in the present, so when we exercise it reduces the stress hormones.
Stress plays a big role in our life, it leads to a lot of negative issues. We always think, do we have time? This is an issue we don’t take much time for is ourselves; and we should.
All my life I’ve had anxiety, I also suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)
Going to the gym and training, helped this a lot. It made my eaten so much better, my sleep pattern is fantastic which leads to better functioning throughout my day and the confidence does blossom along with this. My mind is focused on my work, my guitar and country music, along with family, friends and events.
People can be nervous and afraid to come into a gym and do better for themselves. Never feel like you are not good enough, you are. Never feel you can’t do it, you can.
