Danny Lant

Since qualifying with YMCA Fit, I've been Personal Training out of the Billericay area for nine years and in that time I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge to help adapt my training to every individual.

I take pride in making all my sessions fun but also as intense as possible, my aim is to make you reach your goals as quick as possible.

No matter if your goal is to lose body fat and weight or gain lean muscle, I have the different programmes and types of training to help you achieve that, even if you would like to train with a friend that wouldn't be a problem,

I also specialise in combat training as I have represented England all over the world at the highest level in martial arts.
