I have always been involved in sport and exercise and have been weight training myself since I was 15. After completing my HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise, I started my career as a personal trainer to provide the guidance and structure that I wish I had when I first starting training. My main style of training is based on bodybuilding and strength training principles as I believe that everyone can benefit from some form of resistance training.
My passion is helping others reach their fitness goals. During my time as a Personal Trainer I have worked with a wide range of clients all with their own personal goals and unique challenges. My goal is to help educate my clients on how to train safely and effectively, how to get in control of their nutrition and to help them become a stronger, more confident person.
