When people think ‘personal trainer’, they often think we’re here because we like to flex our muscles and brag about how much broccoli we had with our chicken last night. But believe it or not, that’s not the case. I’m here because I know first hand the struggle and overwhelm that starting in the gym, stepping in the weights area and working towards strength and aesthetic goals can cause. There’s so much to think about. What is my goal? How do I train? What do I eat? Can I have chocolate? (Answer - yes).
