Craig Walters

I've been involved in fitness for over thirteen years. With a strong background in competing in 100m and 200m sprints as well as long jump I've had to vary the ways in which I train and develop myself.

Having put these methods of training into practice on myself, I've seen the great results you can achieve when you apply the right style of training.

I've always liked to achieve great things, whether that's when I'm competing against others or even just myself. There's nothing more rewarding than helping a client achieve the same great results, the feeling of succeeding cannot be beaten.

I'm hard working and fully committed to helping clients achieve their goals. I'll motivate and push clients whilst making the sessions challenging and fun. I always give the highest quality of service.
