I want to focus with people that want to reach their goals, as I will put maximum effort to help to achieve them, as I will need 100% focus and effort from people that want to achieve their goals.

I will be constantly learning from others every day is a learning day, surrounded by the best Personal TrainersĀ and learning from different workshops and materials. I will always continue to push my knowledge boundaries so that I can deliver the best fitness programmes for my clients.

The main thing I believe is hammer out consistency and let the consistency take care of you, let's ride the exponential fitness curve and add them accelerated gains.
