Hey Guys, I’m Chloë!
My journey in health and fitness started at an early age playing netball and representing Yorkshire Jets in the National Performance League. I have a bachelor’s degree in sports science and human physiology and a master’s degree in nutrition.
Over the years I have seen more and more women wanting to learn about weight lifting and fitness but not necessarily having the confidence to do so as the gym environment can create feelings of anxiety and nervousness.. I know I’ve definitely felt this!
Whatever your goal, whether its weight loss, developing technique, strength building or remaining fit and healthy I want to help succeed. I understand women and want to help people feel comfortable in their own skin. Together we can build confidence, improve knowledge and maintain motivated. Remember we are in this together!
