I began my fitness journey back in 2018. I started losing weight and found a sustainable way for me to achieve and maintain this goal. From then onward I wanted to continue my journey and gain muscle and strength. Although these goals sound straight forward, the path to achieving them was not. Over this time, I have realized that fitness isn't black and white, there isn't one size that fits all and that can leave people overwhelmed with where to start and how to progress. My aim is to take this stress off your shoulders by guiding you and helping you discover what works best for you and your goals. You'll be supported and taught how to create a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle which will help you reach beyond your fitness goals and live a healthier life.
