Looking for a gym to join in the Derby city centre? You can find us in the Intu Derby Shopping centre on St Peters Street, just off London Road, with the best kit and classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to drop a dress size, do your first pull up, or simply improve your health and fitness, we’re here to help.
We want to keep PureGym a safe environment for everyone to work out. If you plan to train at night or during un-staffed hours (check your gym’s hours here), please read our unstaffed hours document here to ensure your safety when at the gym.

We’re low-cost, but high value – which means you get an affordable gym, with premium kit. Craving cardio? Our Derby gym has 62 cardio machines, from treadmills to Stairmasters, so you can work up a sweat without having to wait. If lifting weights is your thing, why not check out our Olympic Weightlifting Platform and full-size rig? We also have 2 squat racks, 2 Smith machines, and 11 adjustable benches, as well as a huge range of resistance machines, free weights, and cable machines.

PureGym Derby is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so you can work out around your schedule. Whether you prefer to gym first thing in the morning, on your lunch break, or late at night, we’re here.
Fitness classes included
Prefer to workout in a group? PureGym Derby has over 50 classes each week included in your membership! With classes starting as early as 6.30am, running in lunch and through to 7.45pm, there’s bound to be a class for you.
How to find PureGym Derby
By car: If you're coming by car, you can park in the Riverside car park of Intu Derby shopping centre for a reduced rate of just £1 for two hours between 5.30pm and 7am - use postcode DE1 2AB to find us. Please note that other car parks in the shopping centre may not provide a discounted rate.
By bus: We're a 5 minute walk from Derby bus station.
By train: We're a 5 minute walk from Derby rail station.
