I started my own fitness journey in 2017 and went from being quite overweight, with very uncontrolled asthma, to a healthy size and although my asthma will never disappear, it’s better now than it ever has been.
I decided to qualify as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor in 2022, and I love that I now get to support other people to achieve their health goals.
