Hi, I`m Brad,

I`ve been at PureGym for 3 years. For many years, I`ve played rugby and ran track at high level for many clubs, awarded  multiple medals and trophies for my hard work and determination, I slowly turned my attention to strength training and muscle building sparking from my dad performing strongman lifts for charities. Now my aim is to assist everyone in the gym on making their relationship and time at the gym a better place.

My preferred training type in strength and hypotrophy training also some HIIT as well.
