Becca Salisbury

Having been on my own fitness journey for many years and with many different goals, where I have succeeded in some and realistically not so much in other. My main focus in training has always been to improve my own mental health and the body changes that inevitably occur alongside that, have always been a fantastic bonus. It has helped me to develop a huge passion in encouraging and motivating others wanting to start their own journey. 

 

Many people don't know where their starting point is, I hear so many people wanting to get underway with being more active, but saying the phrase "the gym environment is not for me". So I am here to prove to those who may be slightly underconfident in this area, that the gym is for EVERYONE! Whatever your fitness aims may be feeling generally fitter mentally and physically, weight loss or body toning, I'll be there pushing you every step of the way to meet those goals and adding a big emphasis in changing your mindset for the better and for good!
