I want my clients to realise their full potential. I would like to encourage my clients that they are their own best competitor, and to strive to do better and to be better than yesterday.
I have been active from a young age and I want to transmit my love for fitness to others. I started with dance, took on swimming and then fell in love with athletics. Being an athlete has had a huge impact on me and has helped me adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. It has given me many attributes such as being ambitious, determined, competitive and driven. Like many athletes, my journey has not been hurdle-free, therefore I have experienced many challenges and know how hard it can be to stay motivated when injured. Because of this, I understand and can completely relate to the personal struggles, and I am able to support you to stay focused and motivated. Every little achievement is an achievement and leads to the potential of a better one.
