My journey to becoming a personal trainer has grown from my love of dance. After completing many years of intense dance training for Musical Theatre, I taught myself how to use the gym to help me fulfil my potential as a dancer.

Over the years this has developed my focus away from dancing and sparked my love for lifting weights, fitness and functional training. I have a very positive approach to fitness and will help each and every client achieve their goals, whilst
enjoying themselves at the same time. Working out doesn't have to be a chore, and with me, it definitely isn't!

Exercise has benefits way beyond losing weight, so even if that is your only goal, my intention is to share with you the magic of how exercise can improve your self-confidence, posture and mental wellbeing. The only thing standing in your way, is you.
