In 2018 I started training at home, in 2020 I decided to go to the gym, and since then I haven’t stopped. I’m a mom, so apart from one hour of training, I still have many hours during the day for family. Each of us leads a different lifestyle, each of us has different training opportunities goals, health status, and work. Everyone is different, that why it's so important so that nutritional advice or training programmes are selected individually.
If you need someone who will help you achieve your goals not only for the summer but for years, whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle mass or just feel better in your body and gain higher self-confidence. I will do my best to make it SMART for YOU to reach your goal.
