I’ve been working as a personal trainer sine 2018 and over that time I have honed a style that works well for my clients.
Having competed in powerlifting competitions I have learned a huge amount about how to train for performance. I have also seen first-hand the changes that strength training can make to your physique, something that is often underappreciated with this style of training.
