I have always been passionate about physical activity, health and well-being. This subject sparked my interest at a young age especially through my extra-curriculum activities such as gymnastics and dancing. My passion for understanding and creating a healthier lifestyle has guided me to completing a hons degree in physical activity, health and well-being.
My degree has provided me with the essential knowledge I need, in order to support my client’s in achieving their goals. Not only have I gained experience working with clients whose goals are to lose weight and gain muscle but also clients who have been living with long-term health conditions and would like to improve their general health.
