As a professional footballer for the past six years I've gained a lot of experience in all sorts of fitness forms and training techniques.
Originally playing for Everton Youth Academy for 12 years, I decided to take a first team opportunity at Motherwell in the SPL.
After a successful four years including playing at an elite level in the Champions League and Europa League, I suffered from a series of injuries. During this time I maintained fitness and continued to expand my knowledge by working in the gym daily.
I'm looking to share my knowledge and experience through Personal Training in the day, whilst continuing to pursue my football career on a part time basis.
