I see each person as an individual and therefore have our own habits, lifestyles and goals that we are working towards achieving. We are not machines; we all have good days and bad. When it comes to fitness, health and wellbeing, most of the influencers come from outside the gym, this is why I take a holistic approach. This will involve looking at each part of your life and the impacts this is having on your current and future fitness, health and wellbeing.
In doing so we will be working together to identify your goals and motivators, as well as the possible barriers that you may need to overcome to reach them. For example, the feeling of being intimidated in the gym or feeling uncomfortable with your body image etc.
To put it simply, I will support and coach you through the difficult times and celebrate your progress because each step forward is still progress!
