Hi, I’m Adam.
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. During that time, I went to Sunderland University and became a qualified Personal Trainer through my sports degree in exercise, health and fitness.
My goal when working with clients is to make improvements in your lifestyle habits, improve your mental health and of course body confidence.
I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain, strength training & hypertrophy training.
I really take pride in seeing my clients get results, I’m very approachable and I also communicate with my clients daily if needed.
The reason I got into personal training or the fitness industry was due to being bullied for being overweight in school. I wanted to improve my self image and body confidence which is why I want to now help others with their own personal journey where they have someone to relate too.
