Aaron Montandon

Hi I'm Aaron and thank you for taking the time to read my bio.

I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years, working in several facilities during that time, getting the opportunity to work with many different people with many different stories and reasons for hiring a coach. During my career I have sought to develop my knowledge I different areas with a keen interest in exercise nutrition and behaviour change psychology. My proudest moment to date is achieving my Masters degree in sport and exercise nutrition, which considering I didn't finish school is a real win for me.

A quote that resonates with me is "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care" . Combining the science of nutrition, behaviour change psychology, good communication skills and empathy, I hope to help as many people as achieve their goals and reach their potential.
