We have everything you need to improve your fitness at our great-value gym in north Stoke-on-Trent where everyone and every body is welcome. We know what busy lifestyles you lead, so we’ve ensured our gyms are open round the clock for your convenience and with remote monitoring you know that you are always in safe hands. Our gym also has limited free parking next to Dreams*.

We want to keep PureGym a safe environment for everyone to work out. If you plan to train at night or during un-staffed hours (check your gym’s hours here), please read our unstaffed hours document here to ensure your safety when at the gym.

Non-staffed hours are: Friday 8pm-10pm Saturday 6am-8am & 4pm-10pm Sunday 6am-8am & 4pm-10pm.

No-contract membership

No-one likes being stuck in a deal you no longer want which is why we don’t have contracts at PureGym, just a monthly membership which you are free to cancel whenever you like without a penalty.

Packed with kit to make you fit

We’d be surprised if you wanted to go anywhere else, though, because despite being a cheap gym we are packed with more than 220 pieces of the latest kit to help you become fitter. Cross trainers, treadmills, steppers, rowers - you name it, we’ve got it! Take a spin on our fantastic indoor cycles or bulk up with fixed-resistance or plate-loaded apparatus in our recently refurbished free weights area. We’ve got all the gear and loads of ideas to make you fitter and healthier! 

State of the art functional area

Following a huge refurbishment, we've introduced a brand new functional training area, which is packed with plenty of state of the art kit - including a boxing bag, TRX suspension trainers, farmer walks and prowlers.We also have a BodyTrack scanner available to help you track your progress. 

Free fitness classes

If you love working out in groups or with a gym buddy we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week. Whether your aim is to lose weight, tone up or relax in one of our stretch or yoga classes, check out our class timetable where there is bound to be something to suit your needs and speed.

This is on top of an extended free weights area and a new spin studio. So no matter how you want to train, we've got the gear for you.  

Fancy a sports massage?

Relax like a pro with one of our state-of-the-art massage chairs, which use heated water to apply constant pressure, at a level you want on the whole body or where you need it most.
