Looking for a healthy way to start the day or a protein packed snack to power you through the afternoon? Our high protein smoothie recipes are packed with 32g of protein and fruit, making them a refreshing way to stay fuller for longer and keep you energised to help you reach your fitness goals.
We have 3 tasty flavours to choose from: Rich Chocolate and Banana, Fruity Strawberry and Banana Chai or Vanilla Peanut Butter.
They’re super easy to make, all with 6 ingredients or less and only take 5 minutes to whip up – making them perfect for post workout protein kick or a healthy breakfast on-the-go.
All our smoothie recipes use banana to create a creamy smoothie base, making them rich in vitamins and a great fuel for your workouts. If you want to save even more time, or prefer a thicker smoothie why not try peeling and chopping your bananas in bulk and then pop them into a freezer until you’re ready to blend up.
Ingredients
Chocolate and Banana Smoothie:
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 175ml semi skimmed milk / almond milk
- Ice
Strawberry and Banana Chai Smoothie:
- 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
- ½ frozen banana
- 30g frozen strawberries
- ½ tbsp chai seeds
- 175ml semi skimmed milk / almond milk
- Ice
Vanilla Peanut Butter Smoothie:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 175ml semi skimmed milk / almond milk
- Ice
Method
Our protein smoothie recipes are super simple to make! All you need to do is pick which tasty flavour you want to try, place all the ingredients into a blender and then blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve up and enjoy while chilled!
