Hi I'm Yvonne,

I have always had an interest in fitness;

Zumba, Bootcamps and Fitness classes. 

 I decided to join a gym and developed a passion for fitness.  After enlisting a personnel trainer, I watched my body change and realised this is something I want to do.

I have experience  working with women in a 'womens only gym'.  

My aim is to make women feel comfortable being in a gym environment and realise they can do it.
