Will Davies
I’m a passionate Personal Trainer that has been working in the fitness industry since July 2022. When I’m not in the gym, I’m teaching young students with their maths, language and science.
I particularly specialise in mobility exercises, strength and conditioning, flexibility, endurance, plyometric and interval training.
