Ciao, my name is Valerio.
From a young age I discovered a passion for training - with a particular focus on Calisthenics (which contains a range of bodyweight exercises and techniques). After several years, I began to expand my knowledge and techniques through incorporating exercises based on the gym floor, mixing free-weight and bodyweight techniques together, experimenting with new workout plans.
Unfortunately I experienced a bad back injury that forced me to stay away temporarily from any physical activities. After a whole year undergoing physiotherapy, I accepted the fact that I wasn't able to train as intensely as I used to, so I started to delve deeper into understanding how the human body works to prevent physical injuries. Since then I have channeled my passion for fitness, nutrition and training into teaching others and aiding them in achieving their goals.
I have recently received a Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training with NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine) and am currently doing my Corrective Exercise Specialisation course.
