The first time I stepped into a gym, I immediately felt overwhelmed and inadequate, prompting me to head back home.
However, over time, something incredible happened—I began to develop a deep passion for the process of building strength. It became my sanctuary, especially on those tough days when my mind was racing with thoughts. I discovered that the best way to quiet the storm inside my head was to push myself, to break a sweat, and to feel the fatigue that only a good workout can provide.
This newfound love for fitness and my own personal transformation led me to a profound realization.
