My journey so far;

I strongly believe with time, consistency, hard work , patience and adapting a healthy eating habit. We can surprise ourselves with what we can accomplish ;-) Working to gradually improve fitness

It all Started about eight years ago for me . Trained in exercise to music level 2 and started exploring the fitness field   in various gyms as a group exercise instructor. Teaching a variety  of classes ranging  from HIIT plyometrics , strength flexibly and combat   influenced classes . Decided it wasn’t enough , wanted more knowledge to something I absolutely love doing … to exercise with safety first  . So, decided to train as a PT level 3.

Yes I will push you to your limit to challenge your goals so we cross together and feel that sense of achievement .

Motivation releases energy  and once the mind is ready, the body will have no choice ;-) This I strongly believe .
