Hello I'm Tyrone, one of the Personal Trainers here at Pure Gym Stockport North.
My fitness journey started around 6 years ago. I began my mission because I wanted to improve my mental & physical health. I wasn't comfortable in my own skin at the time. I couldn't wear certain clothes in public and feel confident so that's when I signed up to my first gym. Since then I have been developing my knowledge on nutrition & exercise through in depth research and training to get the best results.
