Tyler Bullivant
I've been coming to pure gym for about five years now. I started with the goal to lose weight, which I did after a year. And then I was a little underweight and found I had a passion for resistance training and trying to gain muscle. I was able to get stronger and put on some muscle but didn't really know what I was doing I had no direction, and I was making a lot of mistakes. And still after a year of coming I had almost no confidence in the gym. I'd always come at stupid hours in the morning when the gym was empty. But I knew I was passionate about it and wanted to take it seriously, so I got my own personal trainer. Which was the best decision in my fitness journey as I was able to learn the basics building a strong foundation that's a part of my everyday training. As well as having someone who pushed me in my training and was very knowledgeable. I know what it's like being a client and what you're looking for in a pt. Also being overweight or underweight and not being confident in the gym. I went through all the stages and now I'm a personal trainer so I believe anyone can do it with the right help. So, if you're interested in 1-1 training get in touch or come and approach me on the gym floor.
