Hi! My name is Tomasz and I am passionate about fitness for over a
decade. I was always an active person and as a kid and teenager
was taking part in many activities like running and football. At the
age of 14 I started doing calisthenics (bodyweight based exercises),
which allowed me to build toned body and increase my strength. I
joined my local gym when I was 15 and immediately fell in love with
training. Obviously I’ve made tons of mistakes as a beginner, but
what’s important - they turned out to be a valuable lesson for me.
Through self education and practice I’ve gained lots of experience
and knowledge and as a result I am capable of helping people to
achieve their fitness goals.
Fitness is not just about being active few times per week, it’s about
changing your lifestyle even through small daily habits, so you can
become healthier, more agile and also feel more confident in your
own body. Fitness should always be balanced with person’s lifestyle
to remain sustainable in the long run. It should also be effective and
enjoyable at the same time.
