With nearly a decade of resistance training, CrossFit and sports experience, it’s fair to say I know my way around a gym.
This knowledge has allowed me to transform my body and has given me something to be proud of everyday. This feeling of accomplishment is what I wish for everyone to experience when coming to the gym.
With a background of CrossFit training, along with Olympic lifting, I’m sure to get you fully engaged and understanding of how the body works.
I offer sports specific training, and with a plethora of sporting experience in areas such as rugby, football, cycling and boxing, I can create bespoke plans which will help you excel in all the sporting areas you wish.
