Growing painfully skinny, Teddie saw boxing and weightlifting as a way to change his body and self-image.
At the age of 25 his passion for the art and science of resistance training and optimal nutrition was so consuming that he decided to make it his profession and became a Personal Trainer
Teddie has his own coaching app with over 100 clients, has written a book on women’s physiology and has dedicated himself to bringing science and TRUTH to the fitness industry.
