Hi, My name is Taylor and I am a level 3 qualified PT and Online Coach.
Having never been a sporty girl and always struggling with my weight, I decided to take control after university where my weight was at an all time high and my mental health and confidence at an all time low.
The gym has been a saviour for me both physically and mentally. After losing a total of 38kg over the last few years, fitness has become my passion taking part in both powerlifting and now bodybuilding.
As well as 1-2-1 personal training, I also provide online coaching which includes a personalised programme, personalised macros and example meal plans, unlimited plan adjustments, 2x weekly check-ins, 24/7 support.
I am driven to help other achieve their goals and provide results that actually last. My aim is to always go above and beyond for my clients.
