My aim is to construct a sustainable, fun and realistic training plan whilst providing you with my knowledge and experience to support you along your journey.
In our social media-obsessed society, there are so many unrealistic and distorted versions of reality displayed on our feeds. I want to help you fain a wider understanding of sustainable and balanced training and goal setting whilst enjoying every step of the process.
Since I could walk, I've been involved in sports, from dancing, swimming, cricket, and tennis, to over 10 years as a competitive figure skater and more recently competing in Powerlifting and functional fitness.
I am here to help you with your training needs whether it is strength-based, to alter body composition, improved fitness, overall confidence or to improve your mental health.
