My fitness journey began about six years ago, I went from being shy and weak in the gym to confident and strong. I completely transformed my body, mind and relationship with exercise and food for the better and even competed at BodyPower. 

 

Health and fitness is a passion of mine and I want to use my experience and knowledge to help others achieve their goals and make long-term changes to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.
