Hello! Iā€™m Tam, a PT here at PureGym Kirskstall Bridge.

I help men and women lead a better quality of life with better habits, no restriction, and an improved physique.

I have worked with many incredible humans a variety of different goals. These include fat loss, muscle growth, performing better, strength, healthier habits and for some, moving away from dieting fads and learning how to live healthily without necessarily having to diet. Education and weightlifting are at the heart of my practice, so I will work with you to learn how to maintain the progress we make together for the long term.

Whilst working with me, you will receive support in and out of the gym, your exercise programming, learn about nutrition, have weekly check-ins and we will review your lifestyle to identify what habits you can integrate to help you reach your goals.

I am an empathetic person, so I will listen to your challenges and be there for you to lean on when you need. I have weightlifted for 7+ years and worked on my own goals throughout different stages in my life, so I understand how to help you get the best out of yourself, your sessions and help you exceed your own expectations.

Please do say hello around the gym, I am mostly always smiling, or practising step in the studio if I am not PTing. I look forward to meeting you šŸ˜Š
