Hi, I’m Stuart


As well as being PT, I'm a martial artist, a Complementary therapist and most importantly a husband, father and grandfather or Pops as my granddaughters call me.


I've not always been a PT but have worked in many different sectors and can empathise with you on how to difficult it is to get a balance between family, work and reaching those goals you want for yourself. Sometimes there just isn't enough hours in the day.


I can relate to the issues many of us face.  Be it weight loss, fitness, motivation, confidence. Areas we all struggle with unless we have the right person helping us on the journey.  I've studied and trained in a number of areas, relating to health, wellbeing and fitness including fitness, martial arts, Complementary Healthcare, meditation, tai chi, diet and nutrition in order to help me understand how to overcome these difficulties. One thing I have learnt from all of these subjects, having the right person educating you makes a massive difference.


My aim as a coach, to make that difference and get you where you want to be.
