Feeling overwhelmed and fed up by the gym?
Having been almost 17 stone myself I remember what it is like walking into the gym and not knowing where to start. All I knew was that I wanted to be able to tie my shoe laces without my big belly getting in the way! So I took the leap and hired a Personal Trainer to help me along the way.
I soon realised how much fun the gym and exercising can be, I decided to stop studying engineering where I wasn't happy and pursue fitness.
Now being a PT it's my ambition to help others through the same process I went through using my experiences and skills I have learned over the years.
